TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms for using Vendora.

Effective 7 October 2026. These terms explain the general use of the Vendora Android app, related account services and this public website. Vendora is provided by Lyco Technologies. Contact us if you need help understanding how a term applies to your account.

1. The service

Vendora is a merchant workspace for supported SMS payment intake, phone-based USSD workflows, customer and transaction records, merchant profiles and related reporting. The features available to you depend on your device, account, configuration, permissions, network and connected service providers. Features or integrations may be changed as the service develops.

2. Your device and permissions

Some app functions need Android permissions, including access used for SMS intake or USSD automation. The app requests permissions for its functions. You choose whether to grant them and can review or revoke them through Android settings; refusing or revoking a permission may prevent a related feature from working. Keep your phone and SIM available and configured for the workflow you choose to run. Review each transaction result and investigate work marked as held, failed or needing attention.

3. Accounts and merchant information

Provide accurate information for your account and merchant profiles, and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for checking that the correct merchant profile, SIM, recipient and transaction details are selected before proceeding. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

4. Local and cloud records

Vendora may keep app records on your device to support offline access and local workflows. Account authentication and selected merchant, transaction, payment or service records may also be processed in Firebase cloud services for connected account features, synchronization, administration or payment confirmation. A locally visible record and a cloud record may update at different times while offline. Do not rely on a device copy as the only record of a payment or business obligation.

5. Payments and package information

Where a paid package or service is offered, review the current description, amount, duration or other applicable limits shown in the app before confirming a purchase. This public website does not publish package prices. Payment instructions and confirmation may involve M-PESA or another payment provider. A payment is subject to the provider's process and the information shown during the transaction. Keep the relevant confirmation and contact support if a payment appears debited but the related service has not updated. Do not repeat a payment while the first one is being checked.

Nothing on this page promises a refund, credit, activation deadline or payment outcome. Any applicable rights and remedies under law remain unaffected.

6. Merchant websites and domain renewals

Vendora may support connected merchant websites, online orders and payment workflows when the required service and provider connections are available. Website setup, checkout and delivery depend on review, configuration and third-party provider readiness; asking about or applying for a website does not itself activate those services.

A merchant website's monthly service is separate from registration and renewal of the merchant's domain name. The merchant remains responsible for maintaining the domain with its registrar and paying renewal charges to that registrar. Check the terms and amount presented for any website service before subscribing. Merchant credentials used to connect an online service are handled in server-only records and must not be shared through public pages or support messages.

7. Acceptable use

Use Vendora only for lawful business activity and in accordance with your carrier, payment provider and other connected service terms. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its security, submit information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to access another merchant's account or records. You remain responsible for complying with requirements that apply to your business and customer communications.

8. Availability and external services

Mobile networks, carriers, Android, Firebase, payment providers, hosting and domain registrars are operated in whole or in part by third parties. Their delays, outages, policy changes and coverage can affect Vendora workflows. We work to make failures understandable, but the service may be unavailable or a workflow may need manual follow-up. External services have their own terms and privacy information.

9. Privacy and requests

Our Privacy Policy describes personal information and account records handled by Vendora. Contact support@myvendora.co.ke or WhatsApp support for account questions or to make a privacy request. We may need enough information to identify the account and verify authority before acting on a request.

10. Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. If a change materially affects your use, we will use an appropriate notice in the service where practicable. For questions, contact support@myvendora.co.ke.
